Just before the release of a game, quite a lot of player asking themself a few difficult questions: Which Guild/Clan would be the best one for me? Is that the right clan/guild? Which rules are perfect for me? You can see that there are quite a lot of different questions which are still important just before the release of a game. But how can we help you now?

We want to give you a solution which solved the problem for both sides. In case of our newest project clans/guilds have the chance to write an application for a special position on our site. What does it mean "special position"? This position based in general on a banner on our frontpage (of GateNews), which shows your clan/guild. But this just the beginning!

We want that the community gets as much information as possible based on active guilds/clans. It shouldn´t be only a banner to your website, no. That wouldn´t be so helpful.

The feature list:

• The chosen clan/guild gets a banner on our website for exactly one month.
• Every clan/guild, which is chosen, gets a information page, where the user can find everything about the guild/clan.
• You can get the chance to create an interview with us about your guild/clan to solved some important questions.
• In case of an awesome application we have a special feature for that guild/clan. It´s based on an own design for your own information page on our site.

How should my application for clan/guild of the month look like?

It´s quite easy to apply. In general you have to write an application and send it to us. If you really want to be on our site you should do more. So your application could be creative, could based on supporting our site. There are no borders. Be creative! If you think you are ready to send us the application, push the application button "apply" at the end of this site.

What happens when I am the next clan/guild of the month?

When we are sure about the result we will send to you an e-mail with some information about the next step.

If you want to success the next step you have to do this:

• write a long description about your clan/guild
• send us a logo (550x150)
• send us a small news logo (270x150)
• take some time for the interview
• and also take some time for the whole process.

It would be optimal if you prepare some points so that this process takes only a few days.

Can you give us some examples for "be creative"?

Sure. There are several ways to write an application to us. It´s not important whether you write a roleplay text to us or create some blogs which helps the community of GateNews. It´s important that we see that you want to be "Clan/Guild of the month". It´s depends on you how much you want to show us your will. If you show us that you really want it your chance will goes higher.

Are there some specific dates when I can write an application only?

No. You can send us an application when you think you are ready to show us your work. But we have a specific timetable when we will nominate a guild/clan. This timetable based on 15 days. Arround 5-7 days before the end of the month and 5-10 days after the beginning of the next month. It´s depends on the last "clan/guild of the month".

I allready send an application to you. Can I update this application?

Of course. That´s the best sign for us that you really want to be on our site. So we recommend that you resend your application from time to time.
